Mental health awareness week

It's horrible being in a space of darkness, and that compete sense of loneliness, even if you are surrounded by people. It takes work to lift yourself out and create some lightness. But also its ok to accept those days when you can't, and just do what you and to get through. I find focusing on breathing and saying as many things as I can that I am grateful for. Don't let things get on top, take time for yourself, be kind to yourself reach out to someone if you can, you are not alone. Take care xx
