Take the time to just check in with your male friends, family members and colleagues. Sometimes taking the time to ask twice if they are truly ok, may just help them open up.
Take time to ask yourself: "Are you looking after yourself? where is your head at?" Are you sleeping well? taking exercise, how is your mood? are you overwhelmed? There is support out there.
