There will always be challenges and some backwards steps in life. It's ok, accept them and be aware you can't change them. Have the strength and courage to keep moving forward. Each tiny step or small change is a way forward to a happier you, the future you would like, with clam and ease and tools to help manage the stuff that is thrown at us. When we do get to a point of happiness, we are often just waiting for something to go wrong. So you go back into that cycle of worry. I have spent most of my energy and time doing this, so now I use my energy and time to make a consciousness effort each day to embrace the joy, accept the yuk, but move on as quick as possible to something I am grateful for.
