Challenging few weeks

 A very warm welcome to you today. Well that was a few tough weeks, finally the fibro pain in my feet has lifted, my shoulder and left arm will now move without pain! I kept using Vicks on the top of my feet and around my shoulder, used my infrared blankett and kept asking questions to try and shift the energy, one being 'who does this belong to?' Did you know over 98% of the story, judgment and crap of stuff we are stuck in, is not ours, so let's return to sender and remove all that! Thank you very much, we all have enough going on!!
