We can often put on a mask, especially when people see you a certain way, full of energy and smiling and happy. They never really see what's underneath, what you are hiding. Placing on a mask can be great to help and support others, but your own self may suffer, becoming exhausted, experiencing pain and self doubt. So having tools in place to help pick up your own energy up, techniques to build strong pathways in your mind. Allowing you to have true courage and conviction, believing in yourself, accepting all the issue that may show in your mind and body and really truly being kind to yourself. It takes time and practice. Don't every give up, cry and scream when you require to, but always try and be kind to yourself.
